Do 10 minutes a day for 30 days. If you still can't hold a basic spoken conversation (think family dinner or a client room), email me by day 30 and I refund you in full. No forms. No calls. No exit survey.
You keep the free tier. No penalty for asking.

Email us at hello@sayloh.com within 30 days of your first paid charge. State your account email. We process refunds within 24 hours of the email.
If you haven’t practiced 10 minutes a day, we may ask you to try the program first. If you have practiced and still aren’t speaking, we still want to hear from you.
Pro-rata refunds for annual subscribers within 30 days. After 30 days, cancellation stops auto-renewal but doesn’t refund the current term.
Refunding doesn’t close your account. The free tier stays available — no penalty for asking.
